is a 30 minute television program produced by UBE MEDIA in the Philippines that focuses on the game of golf and the activities and lifestyle that surrounds the game. This show shall feature inspiring profiles of professional and amateur golfers, inform viewers of news, golf tips and other activities!
GOLF GURU
Jun Cedo, our resident Golf Guru, is the HeadPro of the Manila Southwoods Golf and Country Club. He is currently the head coach of the De La Salle University Golf Team. He was the golf director/ teaching professional at Sta. Elena Golf and Country Club. Jun is also the owner of Accura Golf and Management Services.
HOST PROFILE
We have gone through the search and we are so lucky to spot someone like him who does not only hosts but loves golf as well! Not only that, in the past years up to the present, this guy has proven much in the athletic scenario and is wearing several hats on the side.
For the inter-university basketball tournament enthusiasts, you might have spotted him some time between 1994 to 1998 in the De La Salle University Men’s Basketball Team in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP). He was the captain ball of the team where they bagged the title as the champion.
Furthermore, Dominic is a Sports Analyst for the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) and Philippine Basketball League (PBL) on Solar TV. He is the director of the MIGHTY Sports Association and an instructor at Coach Basketball School. But aside from his impressing achievements in basketball, our new male host is also a professional race car driver at the Philippine Production Car Championship.
And when asked if he plays golf… Definitely, he does! That’s why he’s in!
His zest for life even makes his personality blend well with events hosting and modeling. Apart from his exciting gigs, his corporate life revolves on being a Sales Director at One Point Contact, Inc. Education wise, Dominic Uy has a degree in BS in Commerce major in Business Management.
Having a new host for the show is really exciting for all of us. And of course, he himself is excited. And since exploring the food in the golf clubs is really one of the must-see segments in our show, it’s time to mark his word: “[One] can never be too full for dessert!”
